Marlborough Hospitality Services Limited was created to provide expert advisory services to investors in hotels, resorts and related facilities. We also offer similar consultancy with respect to residential real estate projects. Our capabilities span valuations, feasibility studies and contract negotiations to facilities planning and project management. Calling on decades of senior management experience, we are able to support the entire project lifecycle: from choosing the right investment to providing hands-on management and owner representation for completed projects.

TRACK RECORD

MHS executives have been involved in hotel management projects with virtually every major international chain, including Starwood (St. Regis), Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Inter-Continental, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor and Amanresorts. They have also worked closely with other leading hospitality industry advisory firms, such as Hospitality Valuation Services and Jones Lang LaSalle.

The company was formed originally to focus on its parent company's own hospitality interests: the Libra Group owns or is developing hotels in the United States, South America, Europe and South East Asia. Today MHS works globally with third party organizations acquiring or purchasing hotels, resorts and related facilities. MHS's highly experienced management team based in Singapore has represented clients in Prague, Moscow, Mykonos, Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Jakarta, Bali, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Krabi, Buenos Aires and the U.S.

MHS currently is heavily involved in the development of the Park Hyatt Koh Samui, the St. Regis Buenos Aires, the Belgravia Residences in Bangkok, and an all-villa project in Bali. Recently completed projects were the acquisition of the White Barn Inn properties in Kennebunkport, Maine, and the development of the Grace Hotel in Mykonos, Greece.
